More correspondance from Mel! She’s super special. Mel is currently doing a tour of the whole world (well, virtually). She’s currently somewhere in the UK – a place called “Stoke” which is about 1 hour from Birmingham by train. Mel called as soon as she found out that Kristy and I were engaged. Then, she sends us a present via mail! I hope that postage didn’t cost her too much!
Anyway, just as I was sitting here implementing Page Cacheing for my blog (notice it loads faster?), and reflecting on how cool Mel is… she comes online! Holy moly! So I even got to chat with her via MSN.
So now I’m totally up to speed. For those of you that are interested, this is what she’ll be doing at the end of April (and I quote):
Smichy and i have booked our flights… firstly i will fly on my own London/Vienna, stay for 2 nights on way to Cairo. 2 week organised tour in Egypt, then to Greece for 3 weeks, then to Spain, Portugal and Morocco. we’re still trying to decide whether to book tour in Morocco or wing it ourselves. total 3 months! woohoo!
Mel is a total legend. Live it up, girl!
