Stomach training

Tonight, we’ll be enjoying the Seafood Smorgasbord at Rydges – all you can eat seafood, including bugs, prawns, smoked salmon, oysters, and a whole bunch of other tasty delicacies. In preperation, I’ve been in stomach training all week – as guided by Dr Suz. “Exercise every day (well I missed yesterday, but oh well), and drink lots of water” was her advice. Well tonight is the big night, and I’m not sure if any special preperation is required.

Anyone out there got some tips for preparing to “eat big”?

Take Muumuu with you in an inconspicuous brown paper bag. Now THAT is eating big! :-D

Well i did 15.5 plates at sushi on Wednesday night. I recommend a 3km run before hand.

Both are excellent suggestions. I’m not sure where I’m going to find a brown paper bag big enough to hold muumuu, and since I’m going straight from work, I’m not sure when I’ll fit in a 3km run. However; I’ll see what I can round up.

I recommend pumping your stomach.

If said pump is not available ask Bender to jump on your stomach while you lie on the ground.

After stomach pump, run 3klms while blowing into the brown paper bag.

Finally make a stop off at the loo, wash hands, then eat up big.
