Today is the birthday of one of the greatest guys I know – Bender.
Clearly, his talent for eating wads of chips is obvious, but let me tell you, his excellent qualities don’t stop there. I mean, for a start, he’s also King of Lasagne!
On a more serious note though, the gerrod.com staff think Bender is 110% tops. Bender and I have been friends since the tender age of 15, when we met as confused teenagers working at Coles. I’ll never forget the day he waltzed into the lunch-room carrying Markos Magic Football – a new game for his Sega Mega Drive. We started talking about computer games way back then, and, well, the rest is history!
