Mike’s Kitchen

For a hunger that you think cannot be beaten with an ordinary meal, head to Mike’s Kitchen at Robina. Ian, Mel and I headed down there last night for a catch-up meal with the ex-Compaq crew. Tim had even flown in specially from New Zealand to join us – what a trooper!

Anyway, to satisfy even the biggest of hungers, Mike offers meals such as:

• The 1kg steak
• 800g of BBQ Pork Ribs

And for that much food, the prices are very reasonable. If, like me, you just can’t decide between the steak and the ribs, there is a combination meal of 400g ribs with a 250g steak. The food is absolutely delicious, and those ribs are the biggest ones I’ve ever seen. I will definately be dining at Mike’s Kitchen again. gerrod.com rating: 8.5/10.
