New stuff!

I love getting stuff in the post. So boy, was I stoaked to be working at home today when a dude turned up with a nice parcel for me.

NatPackage

Turns out to be from Cousin Natalie in the USA! I must admit that the package wasn’t entirely unexpected; she had told me late last week that it was on its way. But I had no idea it would come so quickly! Anyway, a pair of scissors made light work of the tape around the outside. Man oh man, what a stash! She had a little bit of everything in there! All I was actually expecting was a cable for my car stereo, to allow me to hook up my iPod.

But not only was the cable enclosed – there was also a whole bunch of other goodies too! Firstly, lots of photos from trips to Sliding Rock in North Carolina, Jamaica (birth place of my Mum and her Dad), and various other events. Next, there were a few packets of of Junior Mints – the chocolates made famous by Seinfeld.

Finishing off the stash were some packets of Mini Oreo cookies, and various Nestle offerings that I haven’t seen in Australia – Raisinets, and Goobers. Yum!

Nice work Natalie! Not only will I soon be enjoying iPod in my car, but with all of these healthy snacks, I’ll soon be at my ideal weight for my upcoming wedding! :-)

You’ll just have to make sure you share that stash of food around ;)

I certainly will, but you’ll have to be quick…
