My body is not a happy camper at the moment. Not only am I suffering from a badly injured toe (nail intact, but thanks anyway Dr Stackers), but now I’ve done something to my neck as well. For about the last 4 weeks I’ve had a twinge when I turn my head to the right. Yesterday at the gym however, it finally gave out – no more looking right for me! So, it was off to the physio.
Luckily, the local Brackers physio was away, so I was forced to find another one. I ended up out at the Brighton Physical Health Clinic, which turned out to be a very good physio experience! My physio – Angela – did all things right that the Brackers physio does wrong:
- She spent less time telling me that I had a sore neck, and more time treating it instead.
- The fee was less expensive, even though the appointment was longer.
- She didn’t force me to make 2 or 3 follow-up appointments – instead, she told me to “play it by ear”.
As such, I will be directing all new business to there from now on. And, I would highly recommend them!
