It seems that American weather forecasters are just as unreliable as those back home in Aus. After weeks of promises (or should I say lies) about impending snow it has finallly happened. We woke this morning to find a thin blanket of snow over the terrace and throughout the city.
But this excitement comes at a hefty price. Temperatures have plummetted and it’s now between -4 and 14 degrees fahrenheit or -20 and -10 degrees celsius. Brrrrr! They’ve gone as far as to warn that spending more than half an hour outside could result in frostbite to exposed skin.

I love the "feels like" part of the weather forecast. Like at the moment, though atmospheric temperature is 14 degrees (f), it "feels like" 4 degrees.<br><br>That’s about -15 degrees in normal man’s language (c)… "Brrrrr" is right!
