Mark your calendar’s boys and girls, because today is Nelly’s birthday. Well actually, by the time most of you read this Nelly’s birthday will probably have passed – however it’s still Nelly’s Birthday in New York, and we’re celebrating on her behalf!
The Australian birthday celebrations saw the Durham clan heading out to Melbourne’s Luna Park (for a joint birthday celebration with Laura). User reports are that the day was “huge”. No doubt!
Nelly is just wonderful! She’s always fun to be around, and always has a smile on her dial. She’s also a great Mum – and a wicked cook! We greatly miss her lime pie, fudge, and her roast chicken. She’s so awesome that she even put on a early Christmas roast dinner in honour of our departure. What a legend!
Anyway, we greatly miss Nelly and all the Durham clan, and we wish we could have been in Melbourne to celebrate with them. Have an extra piece of birthday cake for us!
