Busy busy busy!

It’s been a busy week this week, with long days at work and busy nights at home! Monday night whilst Kristy and Carrie were out with the girls, Craig and I stayed home to look after the party pie. Since the little man’s bed time is 7:30pm (he was asleep by the time I got upstairs), we spent the night like any real men would – eating pizza and playing networked Age of Mythology.

Tuesday night we were lucky enough to have Pat come and visit again! It was his last night in New York, so we took him out to a local bar for margaritas (holy moly they were strong), then to a little restaurant on our block called Fusia (or Fusion, or maybe Fusia Fusion… it’s hard to work out). We’ve eaten there before, and not only is their food delicious, it’s very well priced too. The night finished off with dessert from Buttercup Bake Shop, before we saw Pat off at the subway. Thanks again for visiting Pat!

Last night started late, as I didn’t get home until about 6:30 PM. We indulged on a feast that Kristy cooked up for us, then headed out to the gym (I was well overdue for a visit). Home by 9 PM, so we hit the couch and caught up on Monday’s episode of 24 (which, of course, was more interesting to me than K). This season has been very good, albeit a little predictable in parts. Still, it was nice to get to bed early and have a good night’s sleep!

So we get to today… a 1/2 day at work, then off to an MSDN event. But even better will be what’s coming tonight…
