I finally managed to run for 20 minutes on the treadmill tonight. 20 minutes! Run! I never thought I’d see a day where running came easily and felt good. Here’s my stats for tonight’s run:
- Distance run: 2.23 miles (3.59km)
- Running speed: 6.7 miles/hour (10.8 km/h)
- Average heart rate: 174 bpm (my theoretical max is between 188 and 194)
- Calories burned (KCal): 315
I’m stoaked. I suffered a setback when I got sick a few weeks back, so I’m glad to be back on the wagon. Still have a few more kilos to lose though – curse you Buttercup Bake Shop!
