It seems that overnight, Spring has sprung in New York. Gone are the ski jackets that we clung to last week and in their place folks are sporting t-shirts and shorts.

The bare trees are sprouting new green growth and daffodils are appearing in public gardens.

Tables are suddenly appearing on the footpaths/sidewalks outside of restaurants and cafes.

Office workers are venturing outside to eat lunch in parks and bask in the sunshine.

Maybe it’s just my spring-induced mood talking but I think people even look happier!
