Good news!

Good news everyone! I don’t have open pulmonary tuberculosis!

Not that I ever thought I did, but I’ve just had a chest x-ray to rule out the possibility. Why, you might ask? ‘Cause it was part of my physical exam to start work on… Monday! Almost immediately after my last work update on blog, I got a call asking me to start on October 10. I’ll be working for the same ‘small company’ as Gerrod.

According to Minnie, the lovely nurse I saw this morning, I passed all my tests and am in sound health. I’m very excited and looking forward to working full-time again.

Congratulations! Glad you don’t have open pulmonary tuberculosis! Seriously, it’s great news that you’ve been called in to work. I hope it will be a nice challenge for you and that you’ll enjoy yourself.

Congrats on the job! Although being sick of working at the moment myself, I think you’re kinda nuts ;)
