National Treasure

My very own Indiana Jones!

If you’re anything like me, you’ve never heard of the Nicholas Cage film, National Treasure. But after the recommendation it got from Jason and Louise we had to watch it.

It was really good! It’s in the vein of an Indiana Jones movie and tells the story of Cage’s quest to find a treasure hidden by some of the Founding Fathers. The best part for us was recognising all the American landmarks. The characters travel to all the places in the North East that we have visited – New York’s Trinity Church, Boston’s Old North Church, and Philadelphia’s Independence Hall.

I’d give it an 8/10 but stay tuned for the gerrod.com rating. When the boy gets home from work I’ll ask him to put his two bobs worth in!
