Christmas x2

The last couple of days has been like a second Christmas for us – only this one was completely unexpected! First off, Kristy and I each had a big white padded envelope stuffed into our mailbox, which we excitedly ripped open the moment we got upstairs. The contents – a pair of real Aussie pluggers, complete with the Australian flag emblazened upon the soles. And the soles are really soft, so they’re extra comfy!

So thank you very much Jason and Louise – we shall wear the pluggers with pride! (Though not outdoors at the moment, February temperatures have been mainly sub-zero!

And then out of the blue, another box turned up for us yesterday. This one was a care package from team Dahl, and had heaps of cool stuff in it! A new beer cooler, some socks, and some scented candles that smell like the ocean (ahhh, the ocean…) were just some of the contents. But best of all – check this out:

HOW COOL IS THAT?! gerrod.com is now in t-shirt form! Man are the lads at work going to be green with envy when they see this baby! (Well actually they probably won’t, but I don’t care, my Mom thinks I’m cool!)
