The end of a lazy weekend

We haven’t done much this weekend, but it’s been nice to be lazy. Yesterday’s highlight was dinner with Ysabel (from Kristy’s work) and her husband Pat. They took us to a place called Peking Duck House, where we thoroughly enjoyed some… Peking Duck! Which, basically, is a whole BBQ duck, carved up into slices and then served with scallions in little burritos with a chinese BBQ type of sauce. It’s totally da bomb.

Today involved a huge sleep-in, but we eventually crawled out of bed around 10:30. I was starving, so I made myself the omelette to end all omelettes. It was so full, I couldn’t even get it to close!

The rest of the day we basically spent procrastinating about going to the gym. It’s almost 6 PM now, and we still haven’t gone. Gym closes at 8 PM, so lets see what the next 2 hours bring.
