If the staff of Buttercup Bake Shop kept careful track of their sales, they’d notice a steep rise about two-and-a-half weeks ago, and a steep decline starting today.
Uncoincidentally, that’s exactly the period of time that Kristy and Jane have been here, for their whirlwind shopping and sightseeing tour. Little did they know (well, actually I think they had a suspicion) that they’d also pick up an addiction to Buttercup… Kristy even went so far as to buy their cookbook!
But sadly, the time has come for the girls to move on to the next stage of their adventure. Not that they can really complain – on their way back to Brisbane, their stops include London, Rome, and Singapore! Not a bad way to travel at all, if you ask me.
We loved having the girls here – it’s always great to have such lovely people as guests – and we wish them the best for the rest of their holiday. No doubt we’ll see them both again when we’re back in Brisbane, in 10 DAYS TIME!
