Our first visitors for 2006 have arrived – Jane and Kristy, all the way from good ol’ Brizvegas. Kristy was actually the first visitor that we had, way back in December 2004 when we first arrived in New York!
After being here for only 24 hours they’ve already announced that they won’t be going home. Now they’re trying to work out how to make that happen – even going so far as eyeing off the boys standing outside the sushi store under our apartment! (Unfortunately for them, it wasn’t fruitful; apparently the boys are too “preppie” looking.)
Anyway, if their plans to stay don’t eventuate, they’ll be here for two more weeks, before heading to Rome for a few days, and then back to Brissie. And if their plans do eventuate, well – who knows?
