Vanilla Heath Bar Crunch

Mmmm... ice cream...

Bender and I really know how to make ice-cream. Whenever Kristy is on night shifts, I get a pint of my favourite flavour – Vanilla Heath Bar Crunch – all to myself. OK that sounds really sad, but I assure you it’s only for the love of the ice-cream.

So if you didn’t work it out from the name, we’re talking about delicious, creamy vanilla ice-cream, with bits of heath bar all mixed through it – Cold Rock style. It’s terribly moreish, so it’s a good thing we only get it 1 pint (~450ml) at a time.

Now, if only I could work out why I’m having trouble losing those last couple of kilos…

It must be the health bar making those extra kilos tough to shift! :D

Oh – heath bar! That’s all right then. I misread it initially as health bar and thought – yuck! :-)

It’s a good thing that it has a health bar in it to make it that little bit easier on the belly.

Cathy wins the prize for the most observant – it’s a HEATH bar lads (note: no “L”)! Some English Toffee thing that I’d never heard of (but tastes super awesome).

I think we’ll have to have some of this heathy ice cream when I come over.

Yes – I think a lot of it. We need some Quality Assurance Testing on our own products, after all…
