Gerrod was complaining last week of a water-filled ear. I recommended pouring some methylated spirits into it but he was after a more scientific solution.
Well, it seems there’s a gadget for every purpose and if he hears about this ear dryer (think hair dryer) he’s sure to want one, and with “color-coded earpieces for use by multiple family members”, who wouldn’t?
I hope you settle in ok, and get used to the bugs again.

I am at a loss as to why putting metho is not classed as a scientific solution. Perhaps if you said he should add some ethyl/methy alcohol to the ear so that it would form a mixture which at room temperature would then evaporate and leave the ear dry, he may have been more impressed!
What happened to good old Aqua Ear? It’s still a winner in my book. I wouldn’t survive summer with out it!
