Flag Football

After exhausting ourselves as best as we could in New York, we’ve spent the last two days chilling out at our home away from home – The Cookes’ house in Florida. The weather here is a delightful 24 degreees with sunshine – a very welcome change from subzero in New York and snow in London!

Whilst here, we managed to up our Chipotle count to three, knock over a bit more shopping at Sawgrass Mills, and play “soccer mom” by dropping off and picking up the girls from school. Yesterday we went out and watched Samantha’s team win their flag football game against some other inferior school.

It’s been a wonderfully restful to just be back in a warm environment, with family, and staying in a home (complete with pets!). We’re leaving for the airport in about half an hour for the next part of our adventure: Costa Rica! And for once, I’m roughing it – that is, traveling without my laptop – so I guess I’ll have to see how the other half lives…

Three blogs… All three mention Chipotle… You’re either a man obsessed, or that place IS good.
